龙门丝网焊排焊专机 整机特性： 1、手动送料型： 人工将工件放入模内，启动焊机依次焊接一排，再手工推进到下一排自动焊接，直至焊接完成整个工件； 2、 半自动送料型: 人工摆好工件，自动步进送料，送料到位机器自动焊接一排，再自动拉进到下一排，自动焊接，直至焊接完成整个工件，工件再自动返回或从后方退出； 3、 自动双模送料型: 采用双层式或前后双模式自动焊接装置，利用先进的PLC和人机界面控制及伺服电机驱动系统，组成自动连续的送料和焊接机构，有两套模具，一套在焊接，另一套在摆放工件，两模交替进行，机器可以不间断连续工作，有效的提高了效率； 4、自动送料及自动焊接步进型: 装有自动下料装置，横线放进料斗，纵线自动按距离步进到位 ，然后横线自动落料，自动焊接一排，依次循环，直至需要的整个网片焊完； 广泛应用于：各种场所护栏网、五金网类、货架、笼类、网架类、铁板加强筋等多点式焊接。
