3月24日讯 前NBA球员杰森-科林斯更新社媒动态，表示自己的新冠检测为阳性。
杰森-科林斯在推特上写道：“我的新冠检测结果显示阳性。我认为应该是我在月初去纽约参加篮网骄傲之夜时感染的。我第一次出现症状是在3月11日。可怕的头痛。几天后，我发烧了，然后咳嗽。”
杰森-科林斯是2001年火箭选中的18号秀，曾在NBA赛场征战13年，效力过篮网、老鹰、凯尔特人、灰熊、森林狼和奇才。
2013年4月底，杰森-科林斯宣布出柜，成为北美职业体育联盟中首位出柜的同性恋。
值得一提的是，杰森-科林斯是现勇士助教贾伦-科林斯的双胞胎兄弟。
