快船老板鲍尔默接受彭博社采访时表示，他的球队因NBA中断至少损失1000万美元。
“八位数，”鲍尔默表示，“现在你必须从赛季开始前我们将要亏损的事情开始，但从净损失来看，这对我们而言肯定是8位数的损失。”
鲍尔默还谈到了快船为帮助球队员工所做的一些努力，这些努力受到了比赛暂停的影响。
“我们正在努力继续支付员工的薪资，”鲍尔默说道，“我们正在努力照应我们的小供应商。我们有一个T恤供应商，我们有10万美元的季后赛T恤承诺。我觉得重要的事情是我们会支付这笔钱，现在就把它付了，看看随着时间的推移会发生什么，因为我们正处于一个更好的位置。”
