其中，哈里斯和布利策都是费城76人以及新泽西魔鬼队的老板，博利则是和瑞士富翁韦斯一起出资。此前据彭博社报道，欧洲俱乐部出售的价格往往是其收入的2到4倍，切尔西在2019/20赛季的收入为5.2亿美元，2020/21赛季则亏损了1.9亿美元。英国已经禁止阿布出售俱乐部商品和门票，在选择买家之后，俱乐部要需要寻求政府的批准，才能最终完成出售。
