6月15日，有市场传闻称，宁德时代（SZ300750，股价465.66元，市值1.09万亿元）定增有超过1500亿元资金报价，定价为93折。对此，《每日经济新闻》记者第一时间向宁德时代方面求证，对方表示：“定增尚未落地，以公告为准。”同日，宁德时代股价大涨，盘中一度涨超8%。截至收盘，宁德时代报465.66元/股，市值1.09万亿元。
