6月20日讯去年今日，也就是2021年的6月20日（当地时间19日），字母哥在东部半决赛对阵篮网的抢七大战中砍下40分13板5助攻率队战胜篮网，晋级东决。

通过本场比赛，字母哥成为了NBA历史上在抢七大战中砍下至少40+10+5的三位球员之一，且是唯一获胜的球员。

之后，雄鹿队东决4-2淘汰老鹰，总决4-2战胜太阳成功夺冠。
