As we all know,our country have suffered much natural disaster recent years,especially the ice disaster in 2008. Disaster causes the buses, trains and planes stop service;destroys power facilities, cutting power supplies in many areas. As a result, huge economic loss is caused. Many people can not work and live normally. There is no food, water or light in some places.
