岩棉板准入标准将从严制定

　　中国绝热节能协会人士指出，根据初步测算，“十二五”期间，全国新增年均竣工建筑面积为20亿平方米，按照为保守的需求量测算，年需岩棉为238万吨，可创造产值119亿元。

　　不难预见，在巨大的市场空间面前，各路资本投资岩棉生产线会成为一种市场选择。而为了避免生产线重复建设，工信部及时主持起草了外墙外保温用岩棉行业准入条件。准入条件确定了生产线建设条件、布局、规模与工艺装备、产品质量、能源消耗、环境保护、安全卫生和社会责任等多项指标。其中，规模指标初步定为年产能2万吨。

　　专家指出，尽管现有中小企业也可以加大投资增加产能，但是在布局、装备、能耗等多个标准的要求下，都能满足的企业数量不会太多，巨大的市场缺口主要还是靠龙头企业来填补。工信部人士称，通过设立较高的准入门槛，将支持先进产能加快布局，调整优化产品结构，鼓励做优做大做强，引导产业健康可持续发展。目前，岩棉行业的先进产能代表当属北新建材，该公司年生产能力4万吨，是国内大的生产厂家。
